If You Are Worried

We know that good communication is key to successful relationships between families and school. If you are ever worried about any area of school then please do let us know and we will try and work through it together.

All concerns in written form will need to go through the office at office@graysfarm-tkat.org, however our SLT are always around school on the gates before and after school and are happy to hear and take your concerns on then.

If there is a concern about your child’s education overall the first person to discuss this with is the class teacher. The class teacher will have the most information and will be able to guide any of your concerns forward. They are available after school every day or you can book an appointment through the school office.

If you have a concern about SEN then our SEN department is led by Mrs Ella Morley. Along with Mrs Morley we have a wonderful SEN team which includes: Miss Kelly Marsh and Mrs Bell will be able to field your queries.

Safeguarding is an absolute priority for us at Gray’s so if you ever have any concerns our DSL is Mrs Ella Morley and the other members of the safeguarding team are Miss Kelly Marsh, Mr Robert Bradley, Mrs Kate Osborne and Mrs Kate Bell. They can be reached by contacting the school office and using option 3 to go straight through to the safeguarding team.

If you ever have a concern about a member of staff then please direct this to a member of SLT. Our SLT members are Mrs Osborne, Mr Bradley, Mrs Appleton, Mrs Morley, Mrs Gold and Mrs Taylor. They are on the school gates before and after school but please either phone or email the school office to direct your queries to them.

Please do know that we will try our best to get back to you as quickly as possible but sometimes there can be delays in terms of other school commitments so it can take up to 5 school days to receive a response.
